Originally from Roanoke, VA, I graduated from Lord Botetourt High School. I married my husband, Mike (from Long Island, NY) in 1989. We are a retired military family. The Coast Guard blessed us with many travels and many lifelong friends. Our greatest adventure was Kodiak, AK. Our family and dog drove across the country twice; on our way out to Alaska, and 4 years later, back to the east coast. We have 2 daughters, who have each blessed us with a grandson! I started community college out of high school and after many military moves, I completed my associate's degree in Psychology in 2005.
Mike's retirement from the military brought us to Chesterfield in 2006, and here we are!
Since living here, I have worked as a Chesterfield 911 dispatcher, and a secretary in 3 Chesterfield County schools before starting my truly blessed position here at Hopewell Methodist Church.
